Those who yearn for glitz, glamor, and high stakes on their Trinidad and Tobago vacation don't have to wish they'd vacationed in Las Vegas instead. Trinidad and Tobago is home to numerous casinos, where tourists can try their luck while playing one of many games of chance.
...place a quick bet or make a night of it...
With 55,000 square feet of gaming space, the Island Club Casino in Valsayn is one of the larger casinos on the island. There are over 150 gaming machines, and 14 game tables including Black Jack, Caribbean Stud Poker, Roulette, Three Card Poker, and Spanish 21. If you get hungry during your time in the casino, there is a restaurant on property called Botticci's, which serves Italian fare. Island Club is open 24 hours a day on Saturday and Sunday, and from 10 a.m. to 5 a.m. the rest of the week.
Three game tables and 50 gaming machines make up the Ma Pau casino in Port of Spain. Baccarat, Black Jack, and Poker are the table games that are available. All though this casino does not have as many games as some of the other larger casinos in the country, they do offer fun extras such as raffles and door prizes on a regular basis.
Other Trinidad casinos include the Casablanca in St. James; Club Play 2 Win, Golden Tulip Kapok Hotel Casino, and Goldgate Casino & Pub in Port of Spain; Club Casanovas in Tunapuna; Club Monte Carlo, Club Regal, and Sands Casino in San Fernando; Club Phoenix in Chaguanas; the Flamingo Private Members Club in Princes Town; and La Bonne Vie Casino in La Romain.

On Tobago at the Crown Point Hotel is the Royalton Casino. This facility features table games such as Black Jack, Three Card Poker, Roulette, and RUM32, as well as over 40 slot machines.
Also on Tobago is the Crystal Palace Casino.
Don't forget to bring a little extra spending money if you want to spend some time in a casino on the islands. Whether you stop in to place a quick bet or make a night of it, there is always a chance that you'll be the one to win big!
