Located at Crown Point, on the south western coast of beautiful Tobago, fondly called Paradise, Sandy Point Beach Club has been in operation since 1977 and is the only timeshare resort on the twin island state of Trinidad and Tobago.

The apartments at Sandy Point are for the most part timeshared. Sandy Point is an affiliate of Resort Condominiums International (RCI). The Club is managed by a Committee comprised of volunteer timeshare members who are residents of Trinidad and Tobago.

The resort is managed by the timeshare club on behalf of the holding company, Sandy Point Beach Club Limited.

The club has been in operation since 1977 and has held a 199-year lease on the site since 1976. Members took over from the developers in 1987. The apartments are held in Trust for members, and are free of debt and other encumbrances.

Accommodations

The Sandy Point Beach is a small property with 46 units. Because it's a rather cozy place to stay, it's a nice choice for travelers who prefer personalized attention and service. In terms of quality, we've awarded this hotel a 3.0 star rating.

ARDEN VILLA (1380 Sq ft)

BEACH VILLA (1059 Sq Ft)

Private bedroom with Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. 2 Additional private bedrooms. Sleeping alcove for 2 persons. Second bathroom with shower. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Washer/ Dryer. Covered porch as well as open patio. BBQ Grill. Maximum accommodation – 8 persons.

COURTYARD (950 Sq Ft)

Private bedroom with Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Private bedroom with a full-sized double bed. Sleeping alcove with 4 bunk beds. Second bathroom with shower. Full kitchen. 2 small patios – 1 in front of Living room and 1 in front of 2nd bedroom. Maximum accommodation - 10 persons.

GARDEN (830 Sq Ft)

Private bedroom with Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Private bedroom with 2 single divans or a full-sized double bed. Sleeping alcove with 4 bunk beds. Second bathroom with shower. Full kitchen. Large open patio. Maximum accommodation - 8 persons.

TYPE A PLUS APARTMENT (650 Sq Ft)

Private bedroom with Queen bed, en-suite ½ bathroom (toilet & basin) in loft area. Semi-private second bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 divan bed and 1 double bed. One bathroom with shower. Full kitchen. Balcony. Maximum accommodation - 7 persons.

STUDIO - ALL APARTMENTS (450 sq ft)

Efficiency studio. 2 Day beds, 1 roll-away bed and 1 double “Murphy” bed. Enclosed porch and open patio. Full kitchen. One bathroom with shower. Maximum accommodation - 3-4 persons.

CONTENTS

All apartments come with full kitchen, a full compliment of household utensils including microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, refrigerator and 4-burner gas cooker with oven.

Studio units have 1 T.V, CD Player, DVD player, and bedside radio.

One Bedroom Units have second T.V.

Two, Three and Four Bedroom units also come with Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer.

All units are fully air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans. Safety Deposit Boxes, Iron and Ironing Boards included in all units

Cable Television with over 50 channels including well-known and popular channels are also included.
